This project aims to demonstrate the feasibility of a new management model for livestock waste, specifically pig manure, through innovative low-cost biodigesters. The biogas produced undergoes a purification process using microalgae biotechnology to obtain biomethane, which is used as fuel in agricultural vehicles. Additionally, the resulting digestate is valorised as a biofertilizer or biostimulant.
