- Define and create a strong and real project management body capable of an efficient management that will ensure smooth project execution by tackling administrative, financial, and legal issues.
- Plan and participate in periodic coordination meetings to ensure effective project plan implementation.
- Implement quality control on deliverables and periodic review of the project from a management perspective.
- Guarantee a constant and fluid interaction with the EC.
- Enable dynamic communication between partners and guide the consortium as a team towards the successful completion of each milestone throughout the whole project.
- Minimise project risks through the periodical revision and implementation (if needed) of the corresponding mitigation actions.
- Define a clear Data Management Plan (DMP) and IPR policies allowing for a joint exploitation of the results while avoiding conflicts among partners and potential collaborators.
- Ensure that the project is not hampered by ethical issues and equal opportunities for participation are given.
