WP5 – Environmental impact assessment and traceability of the renewable biomethane production

  •  Demonstrate the environmental feasibility and the potential of decarbonisation of LIFE CHANDELIER technology at small-medium scale biogas plants using a Life Cycle Sustainability Assessment (LCSA) approach.
  •  Assure the biomethane traceability of the biomethane along all the process and guarantee the sustainability as a green and renewable biofuel avoiding fraud.
  •  Development of Blockchain based-ecosystem to facilitate real-time shared information, visibility and credibility on data.
  •  Fulfilment of the green gas certification requirements.
  •  Provide producers, distributors, regulators, and consumers up-to-date information about the production process, quality, and availability of biomethane, leading to better decision-making and resource optimization.
