Los s\u00f3lidos retenidos por el tamiz se env\u00edan a la l\u00ednea de tratamiento de aguas residuales (WWT).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7ac2973 e-con-full grid_objects e-flex e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"7ac2973\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-03ff205 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"03ff205\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">L\u00ednea de digesti\u00f3n anaer\u00f3bica<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7c236f3 grid_objects e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"7c236f3\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-77fd98e e-con-full grid_objects e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"77fd98e\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ec967f3 grid_objects elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ec967f3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Los residuos pretratados se someten a digesti\u00f3n anaer\u00f3bica (DA) con el objetivo principal de producir biog\u00e1s, que luego se utiliza para generar energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica y t\u00e9rmica en la planta de cogeneraci\u00f3n. El biog\u00e1s producido tiene un caudal actual de 260 m\u00b3\/h y contiene aproximadamente un 60% de metano (CH\u2084). Toda la energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica generada se exportar\u00e1 a la red de servicio p\u00fablico de la compa\u00f1\u00eda de distribuci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica. Esta energ\u00eda se genera en una unidad de cogeneraci\u00f3n (CHP) de 500 kWel. Una parte de la energ\u00eda t\u00e9rmica obtenida se utilizar\u00e1 para calentar los digestores y el calor residual se autogenerar\u00e1 en la planta. El digestato despu\u00e9s de la DA se produce a un ritmo de ~72,300 toneladas\/a\u00f1o, en el cual la fracci\u00f3n s\u00f3lida obtenida tras la centrifugaci\u00f3n representa aproximadamente el 50% (p\/p). Luego, se combinan con la fracci\u00f3n l\u00edquida del digestato y se someten a la c\u00e1mara de anoxia, donde comienza su proceso de tratamiento biol\u00f3gico, que incluye la nitrificaci\u00f3n y la desnitrificaci\u00f3n.
